A transportation company is looking for an experienced trucking dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for a responsible and organized person who understands the trucking industry and can confidently work with drivers, brokers, and daily dispatch operations. Location: Portland, OR / Vancouver, WA Work Location: In person Language: • Russian • Ukrainian Responsibilities: • Monitor service calls and arrival times • Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests • Schedule service calls for customers and field teams • Document service schedules and customer complaints • Create and change service calls when needed • Communicate with drivers and brokers • Schedule and dispatch drivers • Track loads and delivery updates • Handle daily dispatch operations • Solve issues quickly and professionally Qualifications: • Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions • 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required • Previous work in a customer-facing position • Applicant should possess exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred • Experience in the trucking industry is required • Experience working with drivers and brokers • Strong communication skills • Good organizational skills • Responsible and reliable • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
