Position Overview
Supports freight tracking, load assignments, routing, and workflow coordination across Oregon-based systems. Key Responsibilities
Track and manage freight shipments across assigned routes
Assign loads and maintain accurate dispatch system updates
Communicate updates, exceptions, and delays to internal teams and drivers
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all operational activities
Monitor workflow efficiency and suggest process improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues for timely resolution
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch or tracking software
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking ability
