    Key Responsibilities

    Monitor freight routing and shipment status across assigned loads

    Assign loads and track shipment progress in dispatch systems

    Communicate updates regarding delivery status, delays, or exceptions

    Maintain detailed operational documentation and logs

    Identify potential scheduling conflicts and escalate appropriately

    Collaborate with Oregon-based management to optimize operational efficiency

    Support workflow improvements and process standardization

    Qualifications
