Thank you for looking at our opportunity!
We’re a locally owned service company doing about 2 Million in annual revenue, which means we’re busy, growing, and care a lot about doing things right. We’re not a huge corporate office—you’ll be working closely with a small team where your role really matters every day.
We’re looking for someone who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling jobs, keeping our technicians on track, helping customers, and handling day-to-day office tasks.
If you like staying organized, talking to people, and being the one who keeps everything from falling apart (in a good way), you’ll fit right in.
Schedule & Dispatch
Build and manage daily routes for our lawn care technicians
Schedule services like fertilization, weed control, and other treatments

Keep technicians updated throughout the day so they stay efficient
Customer Support
Answer calls, texts, and emails from customers
Help people schedule, reschedule, or understand their services
Handle basic issues and keep customers happy (or at least calmer than when they called)
Office Tasks
Keep customer info and job notes up to date
Help with billing, payments, and work orders
General office organization and admin work
Make occasional outbound calls for follow-ups or service reminders
We are looking for
Organized and good at juggling multiple things at once
Friendly and comfortable talking with customers all day
Reliable—your team is counting on you
Comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, and basic office software
Able to think on your feet when plans change (because they will)
Bonus Points If You Have
Dispatching or scheduling experience
Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or home services
Routing or logistics experience
What It’s Like Working Here
Small team, no corporate nonsense
Fast-paced during the busy season (spring/summer especially)
Your work actually makes a difference every day
We rely on each other and keep things pretty down-to-earth
Pay & Perks
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
Paid training
Holiday Pay
Medical Benefits
Opportunity to grow as the business grows
