Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and/or outbound delivery of products
• Coordinate orders & pick up/drop off locations with drivers/ customers
• Utilize RFN & TIS system
• Maintain coordination of truck maintenance/ maintenance records
• Adhere to DOT & OSHA regulations
• File DOT reports & Driver Services records
• Maintain profiles, freight contracts, motor carrier profiles, etc.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
• Ability to work in an office setting and frequent periods of sitting
• (3)+ years of equivalent work experience
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in utilizing computer software applications necessary for performing job responsibilities
