    Position Overview

    Manages dispatch workflow, load assignment, and freight tracking across Oregon-based systems. St. Louis candidates are prioritized for hybrid collaboration; remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

    Key Responsibilities

    Track and monitor freight shipments across assigned loads

    Assign freight loads accurately using dispatch systems

    Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers

    Maintain detailed operational documentation and dispatch logs

    Identify potential workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

    Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

    Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as necessary

    Qualifications

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking software

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

    Ability to follow structured workflows and operational procedures

    Time management and multitasking skills

    Experience optional; full training provided

    Work Environment

    Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. St. Louis candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
