    Market Director

    DispatchHealth is looking for a Market Director to join our growing team in the Las Vegas, NV area.

    The Market Director at DispatchHealth provides general management of a local office / clinical dispatch center. The Market Director will support the clinical delivery team and perform standard medical back-office functions for roughly 25% of their time.  75% of their time will be focused on Business Development and Marketing.  The Market Director will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for the development and growth of the local market
    • Ordering and inventory of medical supplies
    • Fleet startup, management and maintenance
    • General office support and management
    • Facilitation of medical records requests
    • Drive Business Development by attending community events and clinical meetings with vendors/preferred partners as applicable

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree preferred
    • 5+ years experience managing medical offices preferred
    • 5+ years of sales/business development experience preferred

    Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities:

    • Experience or education in healthcare
    • Highly organized and task oriented
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to adapt to new computer systems quickly
    • Effective time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Work cooperatively, positively and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
    • Knowledge of local geography and market
    • Passion for redefining how healthcare is delivered
