    Position Summary

    DispatchHealth is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to join our growing team in the Las Vegas metro area. The Community Engagement Manager will help support the growth and development of the Las Vegas market through channel partner relationships, community relationships and marketing tactics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business development – support and grow existing and new business partnerships (employers, payers, health systems, senior facilities). Work with CEO, CSO, COO and medical directors to provide strategic outreach. Provide in-depth partner training and continual account engagement. Work closely with partner staff to increase adoption and strengthen partnership through creative solutions. Track closely implementation status, engagement level, and volume associated with each business partner. 

    Content creation – write blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels

    Social media marketing – create, manage and grow the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties

    Events and event planning – attend industry and community events 

    Public relations – manage incoming media requests and build relationships with industry journalists; creating, executing and measuring media campaigns

    Customer relations – responsible for customer support – answering questions however they arrive (phone, e-mail, Twitter)

    Communications / marketing strategy - responsible for creating strategic marketing/communications plans to provide direction for the company’s public- facing communications and work with 3rd party contractors / agencies to execute on the strategy

    Analytics – provide reports on metrics and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives

    Product development - Work to become a super-user and trainer of all technology and provide feedback to the team for improvements to optimize the consumer experience.

    Education and Experience:
