    CLINICAL LIAISON - FULL TIME POSITION

    POSITION SUMMARY

    DispatchHealth is looking for a Clinical Liaison to join our growing Clinical Integration team. The Clinical Liaison will help support the growth and development of the Pacific Northwest region by developing partnerships with local provider groups and physicians. The Clinical Liaison is primarily responsible for increasing awareness and engagement among provider practices and driving appropriate utilization of DispatchHealth's services. The Clinical Liaison will execute a strategic plan to grow provider partnerships primarily throughout the Tacoma, Seattle, Olympia, Spokane, Boise and Portland regions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND PARTNER ENGAGEMENT

    • Develop new and grow existing partnerships with provider groups and physician leaders
    • Lead targeted outreach and communication initiatives to increase engagement among physicians and practice staff
    • Provide consistent education to clinical staff, front office staff, and administrative teams through in services and lunch and learns
    • Support appropriate utilization of DispatchHealth services through the execution of monthly and quarterly strategic plan

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Desire to work in a fast paced and high energy start-up environment
    • Highly organized and goal oriented
    • Experience in public speaking and comfort speaking to large groups
    • Strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Passion for redefining healthcare
    • Travel throughout Washington state and the greater pacific northwest
    • Up to 25% travel outside of the state

    COMMUNICATION AND AWARENESS BUILDING

    • Implement strategies to increase awareness and trust among clinical and administrative staff
    • Develop strong relationships with key physician partners, care managers, and administrative personnel through consistent and creative communication methods
    • Increase DispatchHealth presence in the clinical community by attending healthcare events, conferences, CME dinners, and other healthcare events

    DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS

    • Monitor and analyze data trends related to partner engagement and utilization
    • Develop insightful reports that help direct monthly and quarterly strategic plans
    • Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for further engagement and process improvement

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 4-6 years healthcare experience required
    • Clinical experience preferred
    • Experience working with physicians, providers or other clinical staff
    • Experience working in a sales, marketing or communications role
