    JOB SUMMARY

    DispatchHealth is recruiting a Vice President of Strategy to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects on behalf of the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and other members of C-Suite leadership team. You will work cross-functionally to define front-end strategy, go-to-market approach, organizational design and operating models and assess results to ensure effective and efficient performance. You will collaborate to develop and manage DispatchHealth's go-to-market strategic plans, operating model improvements and resourcing plans, enabling our team to execute and innovate at speed. APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN THE DENVER METRO AREA OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE FOR THIS POSITION.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop a pipeline of strategic initiatives that could positively impact trend, including consumer/provider experience, health outcomes, revenue and cost of care.
    • Develop and prepare insightful reporting and analyses on a recurring and ad-hoc basis to communicate business performance to key internal stakeholders.
    • Lead government advocacy to help influence public policy, laws and budgets in order to help DispatchHealth execute on its vision.

    Lead a cross-functional team to execute on strategic pipeline work and be an influencer to senior decision-makers on opportunities to improve health, lower costs and improve experience for members, providers and associates.

    Bring new product and/or service offerings from conception to production:

    • Market analysis

    • Business planning

    • Financial modeling

    • Project managing

    • Operational execution

    • Product/software development requirement gathering

    • Marketing/sales collateral

    • Partner development

    • Develop compelling and insightful recommendations and lead execution against initiatives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, healthcare administration or with a high-growth tech enabled healthcare organization working with payers and/or providers.
    • In-depth understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide in order to execute.
    • A self starter who is excited about the prospect of identifying opportunities and designing solutions to advance the business.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude, capitalizing on opportunities to improve organizational systems while embracing detail-oriented work
    • Strong interpersonal skills, having the ability to collaborate with and challenge assumptions from managers at all levels of the company while maintaining high ethical standards
    • Strong proficiency at building and manipulating models in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to design and present reports that convey critical information in formats that are easy to comprehend
    • Facile with managing large quantities of data and processing the information into executive level reports
    • Passion for meticulous work and producing high quality, visually appealing analyses
    • Ability to work independently with limited direction and supervision to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks; maintain flexibility and composure with competing and changing priorities

    EDUCATION

    • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field
    • Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement
