    · Compassion to provide quality, safe and excellent care POSITION SUMMARY As our Graphic Designer, you'll use your experience as an innovative and self-motivated in-house designer to support DispatchHealth's Sales and Marketing initiatives and bring our brand to life through print, digital marketing, social, web, sales material, and presentation decks. This position is ideal for a curious and strategic lower-mid level designer looking for growth and the opportunity to help us achieve our vision to transform healthcare as we know it. 

    You should feel comfortable working with a small creative team in a fast-paced, data-informed, cross-functional organization with experience in developing creative work for both our B2B and B2C customer segments.  You should be interested in growing our brand and image as we continue to expand providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

    • You practice design thinking and understand fundamentals of strong user experience design 

    • You have a gift for translating technical concepts into digestible data visualizations that engage your audience 

    • You balance different points of view with insightful and creative solutions and can manage competing priorities 

    • You're a self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through 

    • You are still mourning the death of Milton Glaser

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in the refresh and implementation of our new brand system across all collateral  

    • Work closely with DispatchHealth's Creative Director and Marketing team to generate B2B and B2C creative across various platforms, including presentations, web, email, display, print, and direct mail channels 

    • Minor assistance of UX/UI for DispatchHealth's website and app  

    • Manage multiple projects at a time, including the day-to-day production design, in order to meet or exceed deadlines  

    • Maintain and organized system of assets and upload files to relevant management systems 

    • Collaborate on both the visual ecosystem of the brand and internal processes as your company evolves and document the systems you build 

    • Get valuable feedback on your work directly from customers and team members, with an ability to constantly test and learn

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A strong portfolio showing off your work, thinking, and experience is a must 

    • Excellent communication skills 

    • Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or similar 

    • 3-5 years of professional design experience in an agency or internal brand team environment (Healthcare or Tech is a bonus) 

    • Proficient in Adobe CC and can navigate and/or easily adapt to Microsoft platforms 

    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS 

    • After Effects and video editing a plus
