We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Dispatcher to join our team.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with customers and drivers, and keep multiple calls organized throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming towing and roadside assistance calls

Dispatch drivers efficiently based on location and priority

Communicate with customers, drivers, police departments, motor clubs, and accounts

Track drivers and update call statuses

Enter accurate customer, vehicle, and tow information into the dispatch system

Provide professional customer service by phone

Coordinate police rotation and private-property towing calls

Handle multiple calls and changing priorities at the same time

Maintain accurate records and paperwork

Qualifications

Previous towing, transportation, roadside assistance, or dispatch experience is preferred

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Comfortable working with computers and dispatch software

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Dependable and punctual

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Knowledge of Broward and Palm Beach County area is a plus
