    We’re partnered with a growing, family-oriented home services company looking to add a strong Dispatcher to support electrical and HVAC operations.     What You’ll Be Doing

    Dispatch electrical and HVAC technicians based on skillset, location, and job type

    Manage and adjust schedules throughout the day to maximize productivity

    Coordinate closely with CSRs and field technicians to keep jobs flowing smoothly

    Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding scheduling and appointment changes

    Keep accurate job notes and scheduling records in the CRM

    Help prioritize urgent calls and solve scheduling challenges in real time

    Support office operations and contribute to overall team success

    What They’re Looking For

    Dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience (1–2+ years preferred)

    Home services/trades exposure is a plus (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

    ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience preferred

    Strong communication and multitasking ability

    Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

    Comfortable making decisions and adjusting priorities quickly

    Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and improve
