Dispatcher Job Description:

The 1-Tom Plumber Dispatcher will provide fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers. They help manage the day-to-day workflow efficiently while providing best-in-class service to our clients. Additionally, the position supports general office duties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strong customer service skills, multitasking, answering client calls, and scheduling technician appointments for jobs. In addition to entering client data into a computer, this individual will provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries and make outbound calls to clients as necessary.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to satisfactorily resolve client concerns

Competency of basic computer programs

Professional demeanor

Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks

Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
