    Pay: $13/hour

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    Location: Indianapolis, IN (In-person)

    Job Type: Full-time

    We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/CSR to supervise drivers, manage bus service and charter reservations, assign vehicles, and support fleet maintenance scheduling. This is a full-time, in-person position in a fast-paced transportation environment based in Indianapolis.

    Essential Functions:

    • Supervise daily shuttle operations and dispatch services efficiently and on schedule
    • Ensure all services comply with contracts, company policies, procedures, and Collective Bargaining Agreements
    • Assist in weekly service scheduling and adjust as needed
    • Provide timely support to drivers and resolve issues or questions
    • Oversee collection of route data and payroll/operational indicators
    • Report daily operational status for all contracts
    • Assign vehicles in coordination with service needs and maintenance status
    • Collaborate with Maintenance staff for fleet servicing
    • Provide quotes and information to current and prospective customers
    • Enter and update charter reservation requests
    • Support Safety & Training in driver evaluations for policy and safety compliance
    • Handle customer relations including complaints, commendations, and service requests
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Experience: 2 years of dispatch experience in the transportation industry preferred
