Responsibilities

• Earn $35K–$45K per year , paid weekly - Full Benefits Offered!
• Weekends Off! Monday to Friday schedule - shifts start at 7:00 AM
• Full-time Dispatcher role in a final mile logistics operation
• Coordinate delivery resources and fleet routing for general freight operations
• Use phone, email, and software to manage communication and schedules
• Work directly with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient deliveries
• Final Mile experience is REQUIRED – critical for this position
• Must be comfortable with multitasking and problem-solving under pressure

Requirements

• 24 months of relevant logistics, dispatch, or warehouse experience
• Final Mile & TMS experience is REQUIRED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and Background Check
