As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep you will be the first point of contact for our customers and drivers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Your Job Responsibilities as a Dispatcher ** /CSR** :
- Manage the day-to-day functions of our drivers by dispatching, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with them
- Implement our quality-driven process to exceed our customers' expectations
- Ensure our operations plan is followed and report any deviations to the customer in a timely manner
- Mentor drivers as needed by setting clear expectations regarding safety, compliance, and on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service to our drivers and customers
- Must be able to think out of the box
Skills of a Dispatcher/CSR:
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to run a multi-line phone system with numerous inbound and outbound phone calls
- Ability to calmly handle and resolve driver disputes
- Ability to work with two computer screens and multiple computer software programs simultaneously
