We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our time-critical courier team as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative (CSR). This hybrid role involves managing driver logistics while providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process time-sensitive orders with precision and urgency

Prioritize and dispatch deliveries based on real-time needs and route efficiency

Monitor driver activity to ensure on-time service and adjust schedules as needed

Communicate vital information (delivery details, traffic updates, etc.) to drivers

Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Qualifications

Prior experience dispatching courier drivers is REQUIRED — please highlight this in your application

Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Familiarity with the Atlanta area and the Southeastern U.S.

Must pass a background check and drug screening

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
