    We are a growing residential HVAC and plumbing company looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers and technicians.     Position Summary

    As a Dispatcher/CSR, you will play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly by coordinating technician schedules, managing incoming calls, booking maintenance appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.

    Key Responsibilities

    Answer incoming calls from customers and field technicians.

    Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to customer homes.

    Coordinate daily service calls and optimize technician routes.

    Contact existing customers to schedule and confirm maintenance visits.

    Provide outstanding customer service and resolve scheduling concerns.

    Serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors.

    Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.

    Communicate effectively with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules, job status updates, and customer needs.

    Assist with office administrative duties as needed.

    Support customer retention efforts through maintenance agreement follow-ups and appointment booking.

    Qualifications

    Strong customer service and communication skills.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency with computers and office software.

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

    Previous dispatching, customer service, or call center experience preferred.

    Bonus Qualifications

    Experience using ServiceTitan.

    Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

    Prior experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry.

    Full-time position

    Monday–Friday (with occasional overtime or rotating on-call responsibilities, if applicable)
