Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative - Southlake TX

We are seeking a friendly and professional Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers to identify their needs and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls and online requests for service
You will identify the service needed, qualify the customer, collect relevant information, and schedule service work appointment
Make daily outbound calls to existing customer for follow-up on quotes, ensure customer satisfaction, schedule maintenance
Assign and dispatch technicians to customers’ location
Maintain technician time and events in real-time on dispatch board
Make customer aware of products and services available when appropriate
Rotating on-call duties
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative a plus
Excellent phone and outstanding people skills
Basic Microsoft Office/Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
