Driver Supervisor
At Zoom Elite Transportation, the Driver Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and professionalism of our transportation services. This position is responsible for overseeing the performance of our drivers, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Management: Supervise and support drivers, ensuring they adhere to schedules, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to improve driver performance, safety awareness, and operational knowledge.
Route Coordination: Oversee route planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency and meet customer expectations.
Safety Compliance: Monitor vehicle maintenance, driver logs, and safety checks to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any operational or customer service issues involving drivers or transportation services.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drivers.

Qualifications
Valid CDL driver's license with a clean driving record- With SBE and P endorsements
Experience in commercial driving and shuttle operations
Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance
Familiarity with various types of commercial vehicles, including buses
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
Previous experience as a delivery driver or in paratransit services
Strong organizational and communication skills for effective supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: range $25.00 per hour- $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
