Looking for your next step in logistics? We’re seeking a proactive Dispatcher to keep freight moving, drivers supported, and operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make an immediate impact, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Assign trucks to available loads and provide drivers with accurate details

Track driver/equipment locations using GPS and check-in

Routing freight per customers expectations

Resolve service issues and delays quickly and professionally

Coordinate vehicle maintenance with approved vendors

Support smooth logistics operations across departments

Participate in rotating on-call and weekend schedule

Qualifications

Experience in dispatching, freight handling, shipping/receiving, or logistics preferred

Experience with airport cargo pick up and deliveries a plus

Familiarity with 3PL operations a plus

Proficient in Crown TMS and Microsoft Outlook

Strong communication, multitasking, and documentation skills

Schedule will be including weekends and on-call support
