We are looking to hire a part time dispatcher for weekends only. Saturday and Sunday hours are 6:30 am until 2:30pm for both days

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Taking service calls and dispatching incoming calls for emergency roadside repair or towing services needed to the mechanic/technicians. Will be expected to follow company protocol for documenting all necessary information on the repair or tow that is needed.

Follow up with input of service calls and tows.

Data entry of work orders given to you through email or hardcopy by road-service techs and mechanics from jobs completed on roadside or off site facilities.

Processing of credit card phone orders and entering in payments collected from customers through the software application of Intuit.

Entering payments by check and virtual credit card emails from customers.

Call to get Event Number for thruway calls and close event when work is completed.

Use of Thruway camera app, Life 360, and Fleetmatics Reveal.

Assist technicians/mechanics with questions relating to service and tow calls.

Hours: Saturdays from 6:00 AM until 2:30PM Sundays from 6:00 AM until 2:30PM
