About the position:

Compensation: $19 - $20.00 an hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

Answer phones

Completed administrative tasks (ex: data entry, scanning, filing, etc.)

Create routes in our system and assign technicians

Dispatch routes for sales reps and technicians

Process payments/collect card information

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with customer service and sales is valued, but not required

Experience or familiarity with dispatching

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Ability to reliably commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave

Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented
