Dispatcher / Fleet Routing Coordinator

zTrip , North America’s largest taxi transportation provider, is hiring a Dispatcher / Fleet Routing Coordinator to help keep daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage real‑time fleet activity, assign and route drivers, and serve as a key point of communication between drivers and operations teams.

What You’ll Do as a Dispatcher:

• Dispatch and route drivers based on demand and availability
• Monitor active trips and resolve service issues quickly
• Communicate route updates and operational instructions
• Maintain accurate dispatch and routing records
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams

What You Bring as a Dispatcher:

• Dispatching, routing, or fleet coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work calmly in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatch software a plus
• Valid driver’s license
