About the Role:

Honest Services LLC, is looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ! In this fast-paced role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled field technicians across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians to residential and commercial service calls

Manage and prioritize incoming service requests via phone, email, and dispatch software

Coordinate technician routes and optimize scheduling for maximum efficiency

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and field crews, providing timely updates

Monitor job progress and ensure on-time arrival and completion of service calls

Maintain accurate records of work orders, technician availability, and job statuses

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency

Requirements:

Previous dispatching experience in a trades, home services, or field service environment preferred

Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service operations is a strong plus

Proficiency with dispatch or scheduling software (Housecall Pro, or similar)

Excellent multitasking and time-management skills in a high-volume environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude

Ability to remain calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a bonus
