Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers for both scheduled and on-demand transportation services
• Monitor vehicle locations and track driver activity in real-time
• Maintain open communication with drivers to offer support and resolve issues as they arise
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries quickly and professionally
• Keep accurate and up-to-date dispatch records and activity logs
• Handle service disruptions, emergencies, and operational issues effectively during your shift

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior dispatch or related experience preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and computer systems
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
