    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

    What You'll Do as a Dispatcher:

    Dispatch & Transportation Coordination

    • Assign and coordinate trips to drivers to ensure efficient and timely service
    • Monitor active trips and transportation operations in real time
    • Communicate schedule updates, trip information, and service changes to drivers
    • Ensure passengers are picked up and transported according to company standards
    • Respond promptly to service interruptions and operational challenges
    • Coordinate resources to maintain consistent service coverage
    • Work closely with drivers and management to resolve transportation-related issues

    Driver & Customer Support

    • Serve as the primary communication link between drivers, passengers, and management
    • Provide drivers with trip details, routing information, and operational assistance
    • Address driver questions and support day-to-day operational needs
    • Professionally handle customer inquiries and service requests
    • Assist in resolving transportation concerns to ensure a positive customer experience
    • Maintain a high level of customer service through clear communication and timely follow-up

    Administrative Support

    • Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip details, and operational documentation
    • Monitor daily service activity and operational performance
    • Support reporting, data entry, and scheduling functions
    • Assist management with daily operational objectives and service goals
    • Identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes and service efficiency
    • Ensure company procedures and dispatch protocols are followed consistently

    What We're Looking For as a Dispatcher:

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, scheduling, customer service, call center operations, or a related field preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Experience with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, transportation management systems, or scheduling platforms is a plus
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
