    Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities as a Dispatcher:

    Dispatch Operations & Trip Coordination

    • Coordinate and assign trips to drivers to ensure efficient and reliable transportation services.
    • Monitor active trips and fleet activity in real time.
    • Communicate trip information, schedule changes, and service updates to drivers.
    • Adjust trip assignments as needed to meet operational demands.
    • Support on-time performance while maintaining high service standards.
    • Track driver availability and workload to maximize operational efficiency.

    Driver & Customer Support

    • Serve as a primary communication link between drivers, customers, and management.
    • Provide drivers with route information, trip updates, and operational assistance.
    • Respond to service issues and transportation challenges quickly and professionally.
    • Assist in resolving customer concerns and service-related inquiries.
    • Maintain clear communication across all departments to support seamless operations.
    • Help create a positive experience for both drivers and passengers.

    Transportation Operations

    • Monitor transportation schedules and dispatch activity to ensure service reliability.
    • Coordinate responses to delays, service disruptions, and last-minute transportation requests.
    • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to support daily objectives.
    • Assist with maintaining efficient fleet utilization and service coverage.
    • Support continuous improvements in dispatch procedures and operational performance.

    Administrative Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and driver activity documentation.
    • Perform data entry and update information within company systems.
    • Track daily transportation activity and assist with operational reporting.
    • Review schedules and identify discrepancies or service concerns.
    • Ensure records, schedules, and operational information remain organized and up to date.
    • Provide administrative support for dispatch and operations management as needed.

    What We're Looking for in a Dispatcher:

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, call center operations, scheduling, or administrative support.
    • Experience using transportation management software or dispatch systems.
    • Knowledge of fleet operations and transportation coordination.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
