Display Source Alliance, LLC. is a Manufacturer located in Garland, Texas We have an immediate need for a corporate Controller. This position reports to the CFO. You will direct the accounting and financial reporting functions. This is a "hands-on" financial leadership opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the functions of the accounting department including close, journal entries, account analysis, variance analysis, internal controls, GAAP compliance, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Analyze results and offer recommendations for improvements
• Implement cost control and cost reduction initiatives
• Provide financial and business analyses and reports used to drive business results
• Provide support for special projects

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years working experience as a Financial Controller
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• BS/BA in Accounting; CPA or CMA preferred
• Advanced to expert Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Sumifs, etc.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop successful working relationships with all levels of management and employees
• Excellent organizational skills
