Key Responsibilities

• Handle business and commercial litigation matters • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents • Develop and execute case strategies • Manage cases independently and as part of a legal team • Support trial preparation and client representation • Work on disputes related to:

Supply chain litigation

Commercial disputes

International trade and tariffs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business/commercial litigation • Strong experience in:

Drafting pleadings and motions

Case strategy development

Managing litigation matters • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills
