THE ROLE:
HEAD OF EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE is a key senior leadership position for our rapidly growing organization. The right individual will bring a collaborative leadership style and human capital expertise to proactively position the organization to scale. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of our human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and culture maintenance. AS HEAD OF EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE, YOU WILL:
MANAGE THE TALENT STRATEGY - having the right people in the right place at the right time; the right talent strategy will allow our employees, clients, and the company to accomplish our growth goals together. You will lead recruitment by understanding headcount requirements and managing processes to ensure hiring numbers are achieved in a targeted and timely fashion. You will manage the creation and delivery of a dynamic & competitive people strategy for attracting and developing high performing employees.
DRIVE THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE - Owns the employee journey from beginning to end and lives our mission of “growing together”. Maintain a sense of urgency in the development of an innovative, forward thinking approach centered on the maximization of the employee experience.
DEVELOP ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS strategies so that everyone has clarity on their role, responsibility, and the metrics they are accountable for. Manage multiple projects that achieve employee retention goals, annual growth targets and optimum staffing to achieve and maintain revenue targets.
MAINTAIN & ENHANCE CULTURE – Be a partner aligned with the executive team to fortify the culture, vision, and mission of Disruptive Advertising. Develop a strategic, proactive approach to ensure people and culture is at the heart of business decisions, and in alignment with short-term scaling initiatives as well as long-term business goals.
