Disruptive Advertising is looking for an ambitious, creative individual to join our design team full-time. This designer would work closely with a Senior Designer, assisting and participating in many aspects of clients' design needs, including building image ads, creating social media visual assets, building new landing pages, and creating test mockups to improve results. Our designers eventually manage their own book of clients.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities

• Design new landing pages, site test mockups, and image ads for clients in a variety of different industries

• Manage a personal task list in order to complete design projects for clients (or the senior designer) on-time

• Use creative thinking and current best-practices to improve and optimize functionality, user-experience, and design of new and existing web/landing pages

• Create concepts and strategies for landing and web pages that effectively communicate a specific message and are high-converting

• Work directly with client marketing consultants on tasks associated with client's specific campaigns

• Communicate proper expectations to other designers and client marketing consultants you are working with

• Organize and prioritize several different projects and tasks that you would be working on simultaneously

• Present work and talk about strategic design decisions with other designers, marketing consultants, and sometimes directly to clients

Graphic Designer Skills and Experience

• 2+ year of web design experience or a design centric degree

• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)

• Willingness to work hard and constantly learn new things

• Ability to create high quality designs and layouts

• Familiarity with basic CSS, and/or HTML is a plus

• Previous marketing experience or interest in marketing is a plus

• A basic portfolio or sample of work of web design and text layout is requested upon application
