    SUMMARY

    Disruptive Advertising is seeking an experienced digital marketing paid search strategist. This individual will be seasoned with Google and Bing paid search, responsible for driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client goals. This role will manage a portfolio of clients, ranging from $10k-$100k/month in ad spend. Core responsibilities include strategy development, tactical execution, and management of client relationships. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build & optimize Google & Bing campaigns for a roster of clients across search, display, and YouTube
    • Define, monitor and analyze trends in clients' KPIs
    • Develop paid search/social strategy based on client-specific goals
    • Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords & audiences), ad creatives, landing pages and bid strategies to drive results in line with clients' goals
    • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision makers
    • Identify and maximize new opportunities for client growth
    • Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
    • Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training 
    • Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
    • Partner with clients to consult on overall digital marketing strategy
    • Create quarterly business reviews and other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
    • With support of the management team, you are given the autonomy to manage the entire lifecycle of the client from on-boarding to renewal. You're also encouraged to contribute to new specialty areas and mentor new hires

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
    • 2+ years recent experience as a client facing paid search specialist

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads Advertising
    • 2+ years of experience in managing, developing and optimizing paid search campaigns and strategies 
    • 2 + years professional client strategy communication (written and verbal)
    • Experience managing multiple client or business campaigns simultaneously
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite
