    SUMMARY

    Disruptive Advertising is looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Specialist/Website Analyst to join our team. The Conversion Rate Specialist / Website Analyst duties will include strategizing for clients and ultimately growing our client's businesses. This will be done through managing communication and implementation (minus any development work) as it relates to optimizing their conversion rate and website in general. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying website or landing page optimization opportunities as well as building, planning for and implementing testing & personalization while monitoring, analyzing and reporting on results. The optimal candidate is able to create plans for ongoing projects and maintain between 9-16 clients. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive increased lead and/or revenue for clients through daily management of website optimization activities (A/B tests, multivariate tests, surveying, heat map analysis)
    • Lead client optimization strategy: from data analysis, through user research, and into A/B/n testing across client web properties
    • Create and execute on-going testing strategies for website funnels, landing pages, home pages, etc.
    • Work with designers to brainstorm and create designs to maximize client conversion rates
    • Project manage development tasks and tickets to ensure that client projects are deployed on time and error-free
    • Identify and maximize new opportunities for client growth
    • Stay up-to-date on news, trends and technology in the CRO space

    COMPETENCIES NEEDED

    • Able to define appropriate KPIs for marketing campaigns
    • Understanding the role data plays in making marketing decisions (basic statistics knowledge a plus)
    • Has an understanding of the role each channel (paid social ads, SEM, email marketing, etc.) plays in overall business success, and the unique strengths and weaknesses of each channel
    • Able to plan and focus time on top priorities to hit client KPIs
    • Able to confidently communicate with senior level employees in client organizations
    • Understands the buyer journey and the steps they take: from consideration to conversion
    • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or web strategy (preferred)
    • Has experience building a CRO strategy (preferred)
    • Degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred)

    WORKING CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    • This position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to sit and stand for extended periods of time. 
    • May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen, using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms.
