In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the clients of the company and communicate on multiple projects. Your primary responsibilities will be accurate cost estimates, research products, preparing reports, project management functions, monitoring forecasts, and conducting risk assessments.
To thrive in this role, you must have commercial construction estimating experience, working knowledge of masonry repairs and restoration, excellent communication, understanding of time management, and details.
Write correspondence letters compile submittal information, review shop drawings, mix designs, and all other necessary documents so that the project can begin and function properly.
Coordinate project handoff process.
Reevaluate the project before work begins
Take part in branch operations meetings
Coordinate project progress and ensure accurate monthly projections
Take part in performance dialogues and meetings
Assist in scheduling.
Notify subcontractors and suppliers of anticipated start and delivery needs.
Schedule Pre-job meetings and progress meetings both internally and with the owner.
Assist and support the Superintendent and Foremen as needed.
Review job quantities, approve invoices, and subcontractor payments, prepare extra work change orders, and monitor job costs.
Review, tabulate, and negotiate final quantity agreements with owner and/or Prime contractor to ensure 100% payment for all work performed.
Review monthly account receivables and cash aging reports.
Performs other job-related responsibilities and special projects as requested.
