Job Description: As a Lead Granite Installer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation of granite and other stone surfaces. You will lead a team of installers, overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring that our clients' expectations are not only met but exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in granite installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of granite installers.

Coordinate and schedule installation projects.

Ensure that installations are completed according to quality standards and project specifications.

Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior installers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Lead Granite Installer or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of granite and stone installation techniques.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in granite installation.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
