Electrical Distribution Engineering Manager

Job Summary:

• Lead and manage a group delivering above/below ground utility distribution projects (4kV–34kV)
• Mentor and develop staff both technically and in soft skills; assign staff to projects based on competency and availability
• Manage group billability, productivity, and project budget performance
• Lead signature proposals and complex projects for key clients, partnering with marketing on large proposal responses
• Perform independent reviews of work performed by others
• Ensure adherence to quality management processes and proactively manage client-facing risks
• Champion continued learning, sharing engineering best practices and tools across the team
