Responsibilities: Optimize strategy via A/B testing and reporting on content campaigns, digital sponsorships, media buys, speaking engagements, and more to maintain a favorable cost-per-lead ratio while driving MQLs Consult with creative team on marketing collateral and campaign and promotional materials Track marketing campaigns, events, e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information in CRM systems Handle the management of all marketing strategies and campaigns - communicating with marketing, sales, insurance agents, and vendors Keep an eye on emerging industry trends and life insurance marketing initiatives to report to supervisors Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience working in a related digital marketing, B2B, life insurance, or similar role in an insurance setting beneficial Project management, analytics, verbal/written communication skills, and superb organization experience is a must Demonstrated success navigating CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar specialty is necessary Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and core computer programs is essential Compensation: $10 - $12 hourly
