Responsibilities: Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals Qualifications: Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others Successful completion of a background check is required Valid Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses required or must be willing to get licensed One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent beneficial Must display strong leadership and communication skills Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 at plan
