    Position Summary

    A growing fast casual restaurant is seeking a dynamic District Leader to lead multiple restaurant locations across the Baldwin County region. This role is ideal for an experienced operator with a proven ability to elevate under-performing markets, build strong teams, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant units, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, service quality, and operational goals.
    • Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to General Managers and store teams to strengthen performance and culture.
    • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate service, food quality, cleanliness, team development, and adherence to company policies.
    • Analyze financial reports, manage P&L performance, and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and cost control (labor, food, paper, etc.).
    • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of management-level talent.
    • Enforce compliance with labor laws, health regulations, and safety standards across all locations.
    • Drive community engagement and foster local store marketing opportunities to support growth.
    • Partner with HR and executive leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
    • Prepare operational and performance reports; identify trends and develop action plans to address opportunities and risks.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, preferably in QSR or fast casual dining.
    • Demonstrated success in turning around underperforming units or markets.
    • Strong leadership and people development skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
    • Deep understanding of P&L management, labor planning, and inventory controls.
    • Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and food safety regulations.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
    • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to support travel between locations.

    Preferred Skills & Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proficiency in POS, scheduling, and operational systems.
