District Manager Job Summary

As the District Manager for our stores in New York you’ll run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless stores in New York and New Jersey. This is a hands-on manager position where you will be managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance for all of our stores in New York/ New Jersey.

If you enjoy developing people and creating a positive, energetic retail environment for customers and employees, this role may be great for you!

Store Location: Franklin Square, Matittuck, Bayshore, Baldwin and New Jersey

What You’ll Do

Hire, train, coach, and retain top retail talent

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Drive individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed monthly goals

Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and recognition

Coach team members on consultative selling and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

1–5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred)

Willing to travel all store locations

Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team

Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals

Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
