Position Overview
The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail service facilities within an assigned district while ensuring operational consistency, strong financial performance, team development, and exceptional client experiences.
This role requires a leader who can balance people development, operational execution, strategic growth initiatives, and financial accountability while maintaining high company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with location leaders
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and leadership development
Support succession planning and long-term team growth
Promote professionalism, integrity, and strong communication
Operations & Client Experience
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations
Ensure exceptional standards for cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience
Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards
Identify operational opportunities and implement process improvements
Sales & Financial Performance
Drive district-wide sales growth and profitability
Support teams in achieving operational and financial goals
Analyze business trends and develop action plans for growth
Monitor labor, expenses, and overall operational efficiency
Make strategic business decisions in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
3–5 years of multi-unit management or leadership experience required
Retail, hospitality, customer service, wellness, or service industry experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
Strong operational and business acumen
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and technology platforms
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to travel regularly between locations
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
