Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to join our team! As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple locations, assist managers with purchasing orders and stock issues, and handle customer service issues. You will also be required to travel between locations as needed, create realistic goals for management and locations, manage workforce training and development, and handle loss prevention strategies. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and can multitask efficiently. The ideal candidate must have the ability to identify issues and come up with quick and efficient resolutions to present to ownership for final approval.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic goals for various locations to encourage growth and development
Manage and resolve ownership concerns
Travel to various locations on any given day to assist management and ensure compliance
Handle loss prevention issues and implement new strategies to prevent them
Encourage and assist in the professionalism of store team members and management
Create reports on performance and spending from various locations
Qualifications
Previous, demonstrable experience managing multiple teams desired
Strong organization skills
The ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A clean driving record and the ability to travel, as needed
