About the Role:
Midas - Legacy Golden Touch is looking for a driven and experienced District Manager to lead and grow our Midas Auto service locations in the Salt Lake & Ogden, UT area. This is an exciting opportunity to take the wheel of a legendary brand and inspire high-performing teams across multiple locations. Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Midas locations within the district
Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and service teams
Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across all locations
Ensure consistent delivery of quality automotive service and customer satisfaction
Monitor KPIs, analyze financial reports, and implement improvement strategies
Enforce compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines
Build strong relationships with store teams, vendors, and the local community
Requirements:
3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in automotive or retail services
Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational performance
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Solid understanding of P&L management and financial reporting
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Automotive service industry knowledge is a strong plus
Ability to travel regularly between locations within the district
