Maintain exceptional operational standards across every location.

Conduct regular store visits focused on coaching, accountability, and execution.

Ensure stores consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Monitor compliance, equipment readiness, merchandising, and operational consistency.

    People & Labor Management

Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and performance discussions.

Build leadership pipelines and succession plans.

Foster a positive, high-performance culture centered on accountability, development, and recognition.

    Inventory & Business Management

Monitor payroll, labor, inventory, profitability, and controllable expenses.

Utilize reporting and business analytics to identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.

Present district performance, trends, and action plans to senior leadership.

Make thoughtful business decisions that balance people, operations, customer experience, and financial performance.

    What We're Looking For

    We're looking for someone who:

Has experience leading multiple retail or service locations.

Loves coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders.

Understands sales performance, business analytics, and operational excellence.

Can build strong relationships while holding people accountable.

    Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Thinks like a business owner and enjoys solving problems.

Is organized, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.

Communicates professionally and confidently with leaders at all levels.

    Qualifications

    Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.

Retail, sales, hospitality, fitness, beauty, wellness, restaurant, or service industry leadership experience strongly preferred.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Experience managing KPIs, staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operational performance.

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned district.
