District Partners is working with a high-growth, PE-backed healthcare organization in the Nashville area to identify a Controller to lead all GL activities for the company, as well as build out a team over the next 12 months due to inorganic growth. The Controller will report directly to the CFO and will ultimately handle a blend of GL, M&A, and FP&A/reporting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all month/year end close functions
• Assist in due diligence and acquisition integration activities
• Implement policies and procedures for monthly close process, with a continued focus on automation to keep up with inorganic growth
• Manage all aspects of AP and Payroll, ultimately recruiting leaders over these departments as the company continues to scale
• Annual audit preparation
• Assist CFO in annual planning/budgeting efforts
• Ad hoc reporting/analysis, with an emphasis on cash management/forecasting

Qualifications:

• CPA highly preferred
• Experience in a multi-site, multi-state healthcare environment is required
• At least 5 years of experience in a management position is required
• Experience in a PE-backed healthcare environment required
• Must be able to work on site a minimum of 3 days per week
