As our team grows, we are looking for a dedicated DevOps Engineer to help scale our infrastructure and maintain the robustness and security of our platform.

    Role: We are in search of a full-time DevOps/SRE Engineer to work closely with our CTO. This individual will oversee AWS setup and management, CI/CD processes, system availability monitoring, and more. The role involves close collaboration with the development team and the CTO to develop, implement, and sustain our DevOps initiatives, supporting our continued expansion.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP to support our SaaS offerings.
    • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless testing, integration, and deployment of software updates.
    • Collaborate with the development team to improve Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) tools and monitoring systems.
    • Partner with the cybersecurity director to uphold security and compliance standards across our application infrastructure.
    • Review current production, development, and CI/CD setups to provide insights on best practices and tool optimization.
    • Contribute to the development and prioritization of the DevOps roadmap, guiding long-term strategic planning.
    • Support the customer success team with technical operations planning and best practices.

    Required Experience:

    • Over 4 years of practical DevOps experience in SaaS settings.
    • Strong expertise in AWS management and configuration.
    • Hands-on experience in designing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
    • Proven track record of working closely with development teams.
    • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end development lifecycle, from CI/CD to production and SRE.
    • SRE experience in B2B environments with high-availability requirements.
    • Knowledge of encryption and backup life cycles; formal BC/DR experience is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with Cloud IAM and SSO is a plus.
    • Comprehensive understanding of cloud security.
    • Experience in highly regulated industries (healthcare, financial, etc.) is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency with Linux and Mac operating systems.
    • Experience with NodeJS-based SaaS platforms is a bonus.
