    District Partners has been engaged by a long-standing client to assist in filling a critical Account Executive role due to recent growth within the organization. This position will work collaboratively with internal members of the Accounting and Business Management group, as well as interface regularly with their entertainment industry clientele.     Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Effective and appropriate communication with client, client reps, and client employees
    • Aid in team training and workflow organization, set goals for performance and deadlines, monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks; ensure tasks are learned in a timely manner
    • Accounts Payable/Receivable review and approval
    • Prepare budgets with cash projections, financial reports, and supplemental schedules
    • Tour merchandise and Hard ticket settlement tracker review, analysis, and reconciliation
    • Completion of Individual & Corporate tax projections
    • Assist with all day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation projects, auto and other large purchases
    • Insurance renewal prep, maintenance, and analysis
    • Royalty Statement analysis

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the Entertainment Industry as an Account Executive/Manager or relevant role in a Business Management Firm
    • A minimum of 4 semesters of college level accounting, including Federal Tax Accounting, and general love of working with numbers is required
