    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    As the Social Media Manager you will:

    • Oversee the development of DPC's social media (including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
    • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain DPC's brand
    • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
    • Interacting with clients and other stakeholders via DPC's social media accounts
    • Analyzing DPC's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
    • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to DPC's marketing activities
    • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    District Partnerships may be the right fit for you if:

    • You have 1-3 years of experience in a social media position
    • You have the ability to analyze social media data and make recommendations
    • You are experienced with managing a fleet of social media platforms
    • You have a passion to see DEI live in everyday processes
    • You have the ability to work with a diverse group of people
    • You are passionate about DPC's mission and vision of excellence
